Returns & Refunds

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Receive your full refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return

Defective or Damaged Items

If your OZZ card arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and your order number.
