Delete your account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Write to us directly at info@ozz.co with the subject line "Delete my account."

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, and login details
• Order and purchase history linked to your account
• Saved addresses and preferences

Some information may be kept for a limited time where we're legally required to (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention), then deleted afterward.
